• Achieves desired sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s related services and partners’ products.
• Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

Function
• Makes telephone calls (even cold calls), network researches, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintains the prospective buyers and customers database up-to-date regarding the prospective activities made with the marketing team.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations/presentations for current and prospective customers.
• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

Profil
• Bachelor or master’s degree
• About min. 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales/Account Management. Prior experience in the IT Industry is a must.

Our ICT department designs, develops and manages computer systems for the entire business as functionally and technically.
One of our mission is to support our customers in their IT requests. In this context, you will join a team of 5 Support Engineers in the company.

Fonction
• First point of contact for internal customer helpdesk..
• Deal with customer requests, managing through using customer service skills and call logging tools from any facility.
• Provide solutions/troubleshooting for the company usage mainly about Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.
• Provide a high level of customer service delivered to company standards.
• Ensure regular updates on call status is available

Profil
• You are Master in computer science or Bachelor in computer science.
• A min of 1 year experience is required , knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes client and some basic Domino knowledge.

Our marketing internships are several weeks or months of professional experience, which enables you to gain relevant skill for your future career by working within a professional environment and being coached directly by our commercial and marketing managers.

Working as an Intern on our Marketing Team means everything from developing marketing strategies to attract new customers, product launches, advertising campaigns and managing day-to-day operations, as marketing efforts across business events. You will have the chance to deepen your expertise on marketing and impact a B2B audience by being a concrete player of the marketing team.
