• Achieve desired sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s related services and partners’ products.
• Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
• Establishe, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

Function
• Make telephone calls (including cold calls), conduct network research, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain prospective buyer and customer database, keeping it up-to-date regarding the prospective activities made with the marketing team.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations/presentations for current and prospective customers.

Profile
• Bachelor or Master’s degree

Our ICT department designs, develops and manages computer systems for the entire business with regard to both function and technical demands.
Our mission is to support our customers in their IT requests. In this context, you will join a team of 5 Support Engineers in the company.

Function
• First point of contact for internal customer helpdesk.
• Deal with customer requests by using customer service skills and call logging tools from any facility.
• Provide solutions/troubleshooting for the company usage mainly with regard to Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.
• Provide a high level of customer service delivered to company standards.
• Ensure regular updates on the status of all calls as soon as available

Profile
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Min. of 1 year’s experience is required plus knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes client and some basic Domino knowledge.
• Experience in a customer IT Service Desk or/and computer operations environment

Our marketing internships provide several weeks or months of professional experience, enabling you to gain relevant skill for your future career. You will learn so much by working within a professional environment and being coached directly by our commercial and marketing managers.

Working as an Intern as part of our Marketing Team, you will cover a wide range of tasks and subjects, including everything from developing marketing strategies to attracting new customers, product launches, advertising campaigns and managing day-to-day operations, as well as dealing with marketing efforts across business events. You will have the chance to deepen your marketing expertise and impact a B2B audience by being a concrete player of the marketing team.
